Job Description For Tata Communications Careers 2023:
- To support customer for daily down call cases. (Perform First level troubleshooting, need to raise tickets with TCL team, follow with TCL internal teams for resolution & support customer on cases-to-cases basis if required.)
- Share daily report for cases which has been logged with TCL to customer.
- Follow up for customer end dependency cases along with customer and their vendor.
- Follow up with customer to clear permission issue for last mile migration.
- Update New link commissioning data update in system, NMS, follow-up with SD, periodic N/W Inventory checks.
- Ticket escalation within TCL internal teams for timely restoration of customer services.
- Monitoring of all customer links in NMS,
