JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Develops and promotes standard operating procedures.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution, to include but not limited to,
- Providing support & resolution during Major incidents in real time environments
- Perform maintenance, configuration backup and up gradation of devices
- Maintain and update required documentation, diagrams and Reports
- Participating in Network Security audits and VA closures
- Preparing RCA documents Major Incidents
- Managing & Performing required and approved configuration related to Network management
- Troubleshooting network connectivity issues related to LAN & WAN
- Management and Administration of Data center Network and Firewall devices
- Maintain up-time of Wide Area Network, IP Sec VPN, LAN and Wireless LAN
- Coordination with various Service providers, OEM’s and Vendors
Job Qualification and Skills Required :
- Good experience in Cisco Network Devices. Expertise in Switching (Catalyst & Nexus), Routing Protocol (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), VRF & MPLS. Expertise in Security Administration.
- Design and Implementation, Upgrade for the Cisco Network Devices and Firewall devices.
- Knowledge on tools such as SNOW, PRTG Good communication skills.
- Able to articulate technical ideas well. Quick Learner, Solution Provider & Self-motivated Technical Competencies: Critical: MPLS, VRF, BGP, Nexus Switching, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Routers & Switches, Pulse Secure VPN, Service Now, PRTG, Riverbed, Viptela, Wireless Desirable: Routing & Switching.
