Shift: US Rotational 5 days working and 2 weekly off
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Level one technical support for leading Internet Service Provider for US client
- Troubleshooting incident management, Risk management,
- Resolving network issues for B2B, B2C customers
- Will be working for one of largest and leading Internet Service Provider in US
- Will be in-charge in Software and Hardware installation
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
