Roles and Responsibility For Volvo jobs for Freshers:
- Support Solution Leader (SL)/Product Owner (PO) to manage the Process & Solution Key User network in collaboration with the TD/BAs
- Provide process and functional application support (business solution support) within the dedicated solution area
- Support continuity management for the solution(s)
- Be a Subject Matter Expert in Product Cost solution area
- Participate as a Business Analyst in business activities
- Support the SL to secure and maintain complete solution documentation including user manual and training material and its execution for the solution
- Execute trainings together with process and solution key user and Product Owner.
- Manage the business configuration of solution(s), support with master data setup etc.
- Inform/receive information about application disturbances, both internally and externally
- Support the review of and analyze the business process and business requirements and its impact on the overall solution
