Job Description For Genpact Recruitment 2021 For Freshers :
In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement.
Roles and Responsibility For Genpact Recruitment 2021 For Freshers :
- Customer Master Data Set up.
- Master Data address change.
- Master Data maintenance – Freight change, PE change, Price Tier, Inco – Terms, Communication, COA, transfer of ship to/Bill to location etc.
- Price exception, Exempting a customer from VAT, Change of VAT # to an existing customer
- Credit/Debit for Disputed invoices.
- Creation of new Bill to/Payer/Mail to location for an existing customer
- Amending Inco Terms for an existing customer., Amending Standard communication of customers for invoices, OA & Ship notifications.
- Customer Master re-alignment to new PE #, New Sales Rep PE creation.
- Extension of customer master to different Sales orgs.
- Price Agreement Renewals/creation for an existing customer/Terminations
- Price category changes for an existing customer.
- Reactivation of customer master for existing customer.
- Text note updates on customer master,
- Transfer of Bill to/payer b/w existing customer, Transfer of Ship to location b/w existing customer.
Job Qualification and Skills Required For Genpact Recruitment 2021 For Freshers :
Minimum qualifications
- Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
- Sales force/ SFDC knowledge
- Effective Communication
- Knowledge of SAP
Preferred Qualification
- B.Com/BBA/M.Com./MBA Candidates Preferred.
- Knowledge on Procurement and Supply Chain Management
- Knowledge of Order Management.
- Knowledge of O2C Cycle.
- Knowledge of Master Data Management
- Knowledge of Contract Management.
- Good Command over Excel.
