• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
• Design, Code and implement solutions from concept to final hand-off to customers.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Assisting team members in resolving issues Leading Design, Code reviews to ensure consistently high level of design and implementation while driving quality process to eliminate architecture, design and coding defects at the source Ensuring performance and security criteria are met.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ year of relevant software development experience in building enterprise level quality products that are highly scalable, data intensive & distributed solutions
• Experience in C#, Web API 2, HTML5, CSS3.0, Java Script (ES6), TypeScript, ReactJS with Redux, Angular 5 & above, Cosmos DB, SQL Server
• 3+ years of experience in hosting applications to public cloud infrastructure such as Azure / AWS
• Strong problem solving & analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exposure to open source software development
• Strong ability to interact, communicate, present and influence within multiple levels of the organization
• Exposure to various Azure Service offerings. For ex: Azure Active Directory, Azure Key-Vault, Redis-Cache, CosmosDb, Azure Functions, Web-Jobs, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure EventHub etc.
• Ability to bring the fresh perspective towards modern Engineering practices & patterns and influence the team towards it
• Ability to work on fast-paced environment who can take challenges and produce tangible output
